About Dr. Wigfall
Marshall R. Wigfall is a doctorate prepared Nurse Practitioner, with over twenty years of experience as a psychiatric provider.
She has worked in several different settings throughout her career, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Coronary Care Unit, Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital inpatient psychiatric unit, several private practices, VCU Health System Inpatient Psychiatry, military health clinic at Fort Lee, and Chesterfield County Department of Mental Health Support Services. Her previous experiences includes working in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. She also provides behavioral health services for college students at a local University. She received her doctorate degree in Nursing from Radford University in 2019, Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2009 from Virginia Commonwealth University and Undergraduate degree in Nursing and Counseling from the University of Connecticut in 1999.
Dr. Wigfall is licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist, and a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of Virginia. She is the owner of Complete, Whole & Compassionate Care, LLC in Midlothian, VA, which provides outpatient psychiatric treatment and medication management. She believes in caring for the whole person by using a holistic care model.
Her specialty is in helping patients maintain good and stable mental health by placing an emphasis on spirituality, physical activity, a healthy diet, proper sleep, and maintaining a healthy weight. Dr. Wigfall is an autonomous licensed nurse practitioner who is educated in the field of psychopharmacology, and she is also a nurse therapist trained as a clinical nurse specialist to provide individual supportive psychotherapy. She will be providing care for patients aged 14 and older.
In addition to her professional role, she is also the wife of a retired military veteran and a mother of three.
